Tips to Plot in AutoCAD

The "Plotting" is called "Printing" because you can print to both large format view as well as small printers. Preparing AutoCAD drawings to be printed is a confusing process, so I'll give you some tips how to ploting. There are several things that have to be set before plotting - they are:
1. Prepare drawing images that have been made ​​in AutoCAD with a specific size.
Note: work with the appropriate unit. If you are working with units of mm, you should set the units to be mm. If you create a new file, use the template with the ISO standard.



2. Set the Paper Size Layout
adjust the size of the layout. Right click on the TABLayout1” (or the name of another layout to be resized). Select thepage setup manager” from the context menu.
Click Modify on the dialog that opens later.
1. Choose the “type of printer and paper size” desired.
2. select alayout”.
3. Make sure the print scale of 1:1.
4. (Optional) Set the plot style table that will be used.
Click OK.



3. select image to the plot
     1. click “window” in “plot area”.
     2. Drag & drop to the image with size do you want.
     3. Check list “fit to paper” in “plot scale.
     4. Then, OK
